REFUND POLICY

We strive to provide efficient and amazing customer service to all of our customers. If you by any chance receive the wrong package, we will gladly accept the hair back in return for your correct order. The products/Hair MUST NOT be altered and in the same condition its been received. We will DECLINE the return if the items aren’t in their original state. 

ALL wig orders are all FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES unless there was a mistake on our end. If an order is placed and customer would like to cancel they have 24 hours to do so with a $50 processing and restocking fee deducted from total. 

 

If order is accepted for partial refund, the unit should not show signs of wear and should be in same condition it was shipped. Unit has to be shipped back within 7 days after order was received. $100 fee will be deducted from refund total which includes Wix fees, shipping fees, and restocking fee.
